Quick answers
How do I reset my data?
Open Settings inside the app and choose “Reset all data.” This clears your favorites, habits, and journey from your device.
How do I change my reminders?
Go to Settings → Daily notifications. You can choose 1–10 reminders per day inside your own time window.
Is my data private?
Completely. We collect nothing — everything stays on your device. See our privacy policy.
